Question Oil Filters

Ordered some oil filters from autobarn, Motorcraft FL-1A for my Southern Automotive built 351W. The filters they sent me were MFL-1A's with the instructions in Spainish. They have hecho in Mexico written on them. Does anybody have any experience with these filters? Are they interchangeble with the US made ones?

No Clue. I have purchased these Motorcraft filters at Auto Barn as well as Pep Boys and they were in English.

There are a few things where cutting corners can really do harm. I would stay away from filters such as the one you are using and take a look at either the Moroso racing filter or Wix racing filters. The Wix number is 51515R. They both sell for about 10-12 bucks each.
