 Pete,
 With pulling the steering and dash out it took me a few easy hours of working on it.  No big deal to install.
 
 It was really a piece of cake.  Just follow the directions and remember before you calibrate each gauge you have to disconnect the sender and leave the tri-alert lead on the gauge.
 
 It's also good to have someone around so you don't have to keep walking around to look at the gauge reading while you are calibrating it.
 
 I mounted mine on the firewall for easy access.
