Default best intake for daily driver

My dyno guy said I would gain 30lbs midrange torque by swapping my vic jr to an edelbrock rpm or weiand stealth manifold on my 351 crate motor. My freeway cruise rpm is 2000-2300rpm. Any input or dyno results would be welcome.

Edelbrock Performer RPM or Wiand Stealth? Likely 6 of one, 1/2 doz of the other.

Have 351W daily driver with Ede Perf RPM. Works great. Pulls like a diesel from about 1,100 RPM up. Highway cruise is 2300 - 2500 RPM. Plenty of grunt when needed, even in 5th. And 17mpg on the highway.

Steve:
A dual plane will produce better low and mid-range torque than will a single plane. Give up the HP numbers at 6,000 for higher torque (HP) at the lower (street) RPM.

I had a Weaind stealth on a FMS crate 351W and I swear by it.
It chassis dynoed at 337rwhp @ 5800 rpm and 336 rwtq@4400rpm. FMS rated the motor to peak tq at 4500 rpm and hp at 5800 with V-Jr. I felt I lost little (5-6) on HP since the Stealth flows to 6800 rpm and I was out of the motor by 6000 rpm. BUT....take that 351W on a 2500-3000rpm romp and the Stealth takes over . The Stealth with 1/2" spacer and 650 BG race demon made 300rwtq @ 2800 and 300rwtq at 5400rpm. This was a very usable power band . It was snappy at 2500 rpm and accel was steady right to the shift point. I stayed with the Stealth after porting the GT40X crate heads . The Stealth was port matched to the Felpro 1262. Dyno results were 376rwhp @ 6000rpm and 361rwtq at 4600rpm. It made 330rwtq@ 2600 and 330rwtq @ 5500rpm. Again wide and usable power.
I may have lost a few hp above 5500rpm but I was out of the motor by 61-6200rpm . I felt the steady pull from 3000rpm up was well worth the exchange . I would suggest a 650 Holley HP or BG carb if you go that route.
