I just finished building a 351 stoker with a lakewood and had several problems.
The std fork comes out of the lakewood with a downward angle that contacted the frame, causing me to go with a shorter fork.
The short fork changes the moment arm from about 7in to 5 in which really increased the pedal presuure. Using a std 1 in slave and going down to a 3/4in MC still results in unsatisfactory high pedal pressure.
I also would like a solution to the heavy pedal; I can only leg press 200 lbs!!
