Default Does anyone make an aluminum block 351W?

Have been thinking of building a stroked 408 or 427 small block, and was wondering if there is an aluminum block available, that could be saftely built into that size.

TIA
Scott

Sure Scott,
Ford SVO sells aluminum 351 blocks that can supposedly be bored out to 454 cu.in. if you are so inclined (although I wouldn't recommend it). Contact your friendly SVO parts supplier and be prepared to spank your checking account. And let me know if you find other options. I am considering an aluminum 351 too.

I would contact Preston Miller at Raceparts Distributors, Inc. in Cornelius, North Carolina. Raceparts and produced (in conjunction with Ford) an aluminum block and they build turnkey engines. They sell a quality product and they are fine and honorable folks.
