Hi,
I ran a paxton on my '91 stang so maybe this will help.
The oil in the boost line in normal, gets sucked in on decelleration.
As far as the idle going up and down; I've posted this before but will say again; you need to adjust the TPS sensor[black sensor on throttle body] Get a digital meter and look at DC volts, engine off, ignition on. The meter will probably read 0.8 volts. Undo the the 2 screws holding the TPS sensor and try and wiggle it until you get 0.997 volts. If there isn't enough adjustment, take the sensor off and enlarge the holes slightly and reinstall and try again. Do not adjust for more than 1 volt. This will richen up the idle and settle down the computor trying to compensate for the extra air going through.
