To quote my favorite movie of late (Meet the Parents): "Are you crazy Phocker?"
All kidding aside, the wife does not know how to drive a manual transmission, so it is a non-issue. At first she wanted me to teach her on the Cobra, but now that she has driven in it she has a healthy "respect" for the car, no longer wants to drive it and is content being a passenger. (Phew, now I can stop worrying  )
She has asked for her own a 289fia with an automatic. Now that is something that I am in full favor of
