Real simple... you are on a public forum asking for advice in an area (that you may not be aware of) that is legally sensitive.
You have given no information about the car nor it's history; you have never posted here before.
You are not being stiff-armed for any personal reason... it is just improper to give specific advice on abnormal registration issues.
Try using the "Search" feature here.. you will find a whole evening's worth of interesting reading about California registration.
As has been said, I wish you luck... the current CA situation is dreadful for those even with all their paperwork in order. |
