Default Is there any such thing as a quiet electric fuel pump??
I'm sure that I have what is considered an electric pump designed to meet the requirements of my motor, that being a 418 stroker with an 850 Holley. However, the pump makes such a racket before the motor catches that it is almost embarassing. What other makes and models of fuel pumps are available that are not as noisy? Mechanical pumps are not an option, nor relocating a fuel pump to the gas tank.
