Emissions Test completed!!! Yeah!!
I got through the emissions test on my 2nd try. I passed 3 out of four categories. I was way below the allowable in idle CO and 2500 rpm HC and CO but I was +7000 HC ppm above the limit at idle. Does anybody have ideas that have worked for them to lower this number. I can get my plates now but next year to register my car I will have to get it tested, spend $100, and show improvement from my first test, to get another emissions waiver. On my 418 I have drilled a 3/32 hole in each of the primary butterflies on th 750 DP and have installed #66 jets in the primaries. What about power valve? Any suggestions??
