Could someone tell me which strip is correct , I see them both ways.

A straight 2 stripes

The 2 big stripes with the thin stripes outlining them?

Correct??? It is all relative.

It is more traditional for the 427 Cobra to have two 'white' stripes, no outline from nose to tail. The 289 FIA had a single stripe, of varying colors, across the nose from right to left fender.

But... checking out some popular Cobra books by Rinsey Mills and Dave Friedman you will find many variations between cars/drivers/teams. Some are very cool, some are very ugly...IMO.

I like my stripes....
