Questions for 351 Cleveland experts

My memory must be going bad and I need someones help asking a couple of 351c questions before I make a mess of things.
I am about to put on a new intake manifold and I'm sure a 351c intake manifold is a "dry" manifold - in other words coolant does not flow thru the manifold, so I can remove it without draining the coolant out of the block. Right?
And, I am installing a 427 style expansion tank by bolting the tank bracket onto a couple of water pump bolts on the right side (pass side) of the water pump. Are the water pump bolts "dry" or do they extend into the water jacket and coolant will pour out if I remove these two bolts?
Can anyone help?

MANIFOLD IS DRY , THE LONG BOLTS IN THE WATER PUMP GO INTOA PASSAGE THE SHORT ONES DO NOT. WHICH ARE BOLTS ARE LONG AND SHORT?????????? THE MECHANIC THAT BUILT MY
MOTOR COULDN'T REMEMBER EITHER
