Hurricane gauges and insurance

Gentlemen:
I have just purchased a Hurricane kit and have two questions some of you may be able to answer. The Hurricane temp gauges that come with the kit are in celsius. What have others done about having these Autometer gauges changed out for Fahrenheit gauges? Two: I am traveling up to MO to get the kit, what type and brand of insurance have some of you gotten to cover the transportation of the kit back home (names and Ph please)?

I am working on the insurance question for you. My dad is an insurance agent and I will ask him. The temp gauge works pretty well as is. 100 C is 212 F so you can use that as a bench mark. It is more authentic this way and I don't think they have an alternative. If you have any questions just send me a e-mail.
