Yes they do.
Lift the DotŪ stud, 8-32 X 5/8" machine screw. Stainless Steel Nuts and Washers available.

Good since Tim's problem is solved, maybe someone can help me on a similar note...
I was told but with no source that a Lift the Dot stud that will hold 2 females is available. Now now, don't get your imagination go too far

The vinyl fender spats on my SPF uses the last stud near the door to secure the top part; and with them on, I can't use that last dot for the tonneau cover or the soft top. I've searched all over and no luck.
