I pulled the tank this weekend. Off to the machine shop to rework the pick up and change from -6 to -10. Dash 6, no wonder there is a problem!!!! I am going to weld a "U" on the end of the -10, 90 degree elbow and point the inlet at the bottom of the tank to reduce the vortex. I think the smaller the inlet the more pressure for a given volume casuing a vortex generator (air bubbles). I will keep the forum posted.

PS: The inlet to the BG pump is also -10
