Valve Stem Cap Question

I have the Cobra valve stem caps on my Coupe that use a plastic fitting over them in order to get them off, otherwise they just turn and won't come off. I ran over something some time back and blew the right rear tire completely off along with blowing the valve stem out. I have some of the regular screw on types with the Cobra on top, but I can't remember where I got these. They look exactly like my regular ones except you can't get them off unless you use the small plastic thing that fits over them. Anyone with any ideas where I may have gotten them?

There is a multitude of them on the internet. Just do a search for "cobra valve stem caps". I saw some locking one's also.
