Need a Cooling Fan Switch- 2 TEMP set points

Can anyone share a cooling fan switch they are using that is an OEM type that uses two pins, with each pin grounding at different temperature set points to activate a cooling fan circuit ? Example would be the first pin grounds at 195F and the second at 210 F ? This would make controlling my twin fan set-up easier than installing a PWM sytle controller or installing two separate switches ?

I looked for the same "two stage" sending unit to control my Holister relay system for my Taurus fan setup. I couldn't find one anywhere. I'm going to install two sending units, one in the intake and one in the bottom of the FE expansion tank after I silver solder a bung into it. The Hollister provided sending units are 185 deg and 195 deg.

Let me know if you find it as I'd be very interested too.

Dave, I searched NAPA on-line and here is close to what I need, these are 3 pin switches, but these are metric 22x1.5 threads, I want 1/4" or 3/8 NPT.

Terminals "+' & "1" Close At 190-209 Deg. F. Ascending;

This type of switch is $25 and saves the cost of a $200+ speed variable controller.
Since I am running twin fans, I want to control their turn-on points separately.

However, should that dual switch ever fail, you stand to lose BOTH circuits simultaneously, and possibly your fan's ability to cool your engine. Having them in separate locations offer necessary redundancy in my opinion.

Use an override switch so if they do fail, you can turn them on and avoid overheating.
