cam oiling restrictor hole size from main bearing saddle

fms and other brands available in kit form to restrict the cam bearings using the insert screwed into the main saddle, anybody know the size hole used?

anybody every restrict the the front 1/2" oil hole to the front main?

this is a production block btw.
