Alternator Bracket-High/Low?
There seems to be two ways to install an alternator on a 302. Either slung down low or sitting high. Both ways pivot off the head. I'm going for a very stock look, but can't seem to find a low slung set-up.
I tried flipping the adjusting bracket on a stock steel unit and anchoring it off the lower part of the water pump housing, but no good.
What are my options?
