I've been running procomp 460 heads on my 64 Tbolt, for 2 years now and have had no problems with them so far. The car has plenty of power. They are fine as long as you buy them bare, have them cleaned up and put name brand valves and springs on them. There are alot opinions given with this brand. Talk to the guys who actually run them. One of the Mustang magazines did a comparison with procomp 190 heads. One pair were stock and one were cnc. The stock put out 468 Hp and the cnc versions put out 505 Hp. The engine was a 408 stroker. Jegs sell them also.

Where is Eagle and Scat made? If he wants to pay 2k for a set of AFR's, then go for it.
