Oil Blow Problem

I have a summit 302 in my cobra I just got a week ago. I replaced the intake gaskets as there was a oil leak out the rear of the intake, and replaced the oil in it with Mobil One 10W-30. Now it appears I get oil blowing out of the valve cover breathers on the top of the valve covers.

The engine runs about 60-75 PSI oil pressure which seems like a lot to me.
Any Idea's on this problem?

Put in 5 quarts which is running high on the dipstick but I do not think it is the original dipstick as it has a cobra emblem on it as well.
