Default Hot Start

I am a new owner of a Factory Five Cobra. Does anyone know how to correct the hot start issue I have on a 302 engine?

You'll need to be more specific. Is this Fuel Injected or a Carbureted? Provide as many details about the engine as possible. We CAN help.

An electronic ignition with a start retard feature, like the msd digital 6+, will help dramatically with hard starting. The engine just spins so fast with less of a load on it.

Be sure you have a large ground wire from one of the starter bolts to the frame. You can get different length battery cables at any parts house.
