Joe Gibbs Differential Oil & Transmission Fluid

About a year ago I was talking to Joe Gibbs about motor oil and brought up differential and transmission lubes. At that time they recommended the old stand-bys like Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube and GM Synchromesh. They also said they were working on their own lubes for differential and transmission which they expected to be a superior product once developed (and of course they would say that). Fast forward 12 months and both lubes are now available.

These are relatively new but I was wondering if anyone is using them and what their 1st impressions are? Are these an improvement over the "tried & true" or just another choice on par with the rest?
