About $4,000. Haven't got the breakdown yet from my builder. 
$3800 is probably the best you can do from my checking.
Although you can go to 454 cu. in., I decided not to stroke. (9.5 deck ht.) Going toward the NASCAR route. Using a SCAT crank, long rods, flat top pistons, Brodix NASCAR heads, dry sump. It's getting kind of pricy.
I am going fuel injection, but haven't decided on which one yet.
