The problem will all these cars is hookup. After a certain point of horsepower and torque, you can not take advantage of all the torque and horsepower from a standing start. Apply too much and the wheels will spin. This keeps the peak max torque load on your clutch to less than you have in theory. I would guess than 475 will handle everything since the wheel spin will be your safety valve.
Once you are rolling, the load on your trans will be consistent and not peaking. Then you can safely handle more than the trans is rated in theory.
I put in a TKO II road race transmission just to be safe with over 500 hp and torque and having a usable 5th gear for open track and regular driving.
