Default Nice look

Rick -

That is REALLY sweet! The slab-sides with the roll-bar make it look so "period" correct, like a street 289 Cobra that the owner decided to take the track - like so many did in those days.

Nicely done!

regards,

Jeff Burgy

Hi Rick,,
Congrats ! isnt it great when a job well done is finally "done" ? it's a beautiful car ,I love the fact that it looks different from every one elses car.
Tell me about the blue streaks ? are they new or vintage ? if the later where from ?
I dig the comp roll bar,how much does it hinder the passenger side ? I was thinking about that in my 427 car ,but had a hard time finding input here..
I would love to see the engine compartment,,
GREAT JOB !! Tk

Thumbs up That's got to be a gas!

Hi Rick,

glad to see the car all together, although you are covering up some very nice work. The only thing I don't see in this picture is twin black stripes on the road, but I guess it's not a good idea to mark your territory that way. I would love to hear this car run.

I have seen this car in person and the picture doesn't do it justice. This is truely a beautiful car with an attention to detail that drops your jaw.

The tires are Good Year Blue Streak Sports Car Specials. They are bias ply tires and actually drive pretty poorly. They pick up small stones and gravel constantly. They look much better than they drive. They are very "darty" on uneven surfaces. Not DOT rated.

About $210 each

Rick
