budget build ideas
Hey Guy,
I have been researching as much info as I can before I order the parts for my 351w budget build up. I have a 69 351w stock right now and am going to add;
-headers 1 5/8 long tube
-intake Stealth
-carb 750 holley
-cam 268 XE / springs
-2400-2600 stall.
-ported heads
Oh here is the question.. I have been told that this combo should put out around 300 hp, but I found this article on CompCams. http://www.compcams.com/Community/Ar...MM0201-001.asp
It is a build up of a Mopar 340.
-268 Cam /springs
-800 Edelbrock
-Airgap
-headers
-electric ignition
Do you think my build up on the 351w will make the same range or HP/TQ? If not why?
