If your thinking of building a tried &true 351w go with a combo that has been around since the early 70,s. A new SCAT 351 crank while it is castiron will handle more than you will be able to get out of it unless you are dead set on using a forged crank. With 6.125H-beam rods &JE 302 pistons,AFR 185 cyl. heads,576lift hyd. roller & victor jr manifold you will get about 470HP&over 450 ft. lbs. of torque. Just dynoed this combo last week & will be installed in car this week. I am sure the customer will love it .
