As long as the engine is in good running condition and you keep the boost low (6-7 psi), a stock 5.0 will live. You must keep an eye on fuel pressure and keep the timing retarded under boost though. In addition to the manufacturers listed above, B&M made a nice little roots blower - BM144. B&M was bought out by Holley so I dont know if they still sell this or not, but you see them on Ebay. Cheaper than a centrifugal piece but requires more hood clearance
