EFI is definitely superior for street use
Here's why: Consistency
EFI, properly dialed in, provides full adjustment for changing altitude/humidity/air pressure, engine conditions, etc...
No fiddling around or having to stop and tweak the carb when you go up to the chalet for the weekend.
I will be swapping my Barry Grant Demon carb out very soon for a Holly Pro-Jection EFI system.. custom install and custom programming with a full day's chassis dyno tuning once she's set up mechanically.
