roller rockers...question.

what is the overall benefit in using 1.5 intake rockers with 1.6 exhaust rockers?? it seems like it might be a simple answer to me... more efficient disposal of exhaust gases rather than having both valves be equal in lift..? someone please explain this to me, and how much of a benefit (if any) it would be.
