Thanks for the tips.

The block came out of a late 80s Crown Vic that was running when pulled. The person I bought it from said it was the original engine, so it shouldn't have been bored or had the crank turn yet. I trust the guy I got it from, so I see no reason to disbelieve that right now, although I will obviously have the machine shop check on that.
