If you have a good block, say FMS Sportsman, then add a chromed SCAT 28 ounce crankshaft, Crower Sportsman rods, Speed-Pro rings, Twisted Wedge heads with Scorpion rockers, "tuned" EDLEBROCK intake, 70 mm Throttle Body, 50 lb/hr injectors, Cartech Fuel rails, 75 mm Mass Air Unit, then add and top it off with a ATI P1SC-II Procharger, and a professionally balanced mass with an aluminum flywheel you will break the 550 HP very easily.
Bought right you can get the ATI for less than a S-Trim Vortech and generate more power.
Now where to put the power is the question, most street COBRAs cannot put it to the pavement and even handle 450HP as a rule.
