351 Out of a 1972 Mach 1

I'm picking up a 351 that originally came out of a 1972 Mach 1; and the guy is telling me it's a Windsor motor, but I thought the Mach's had Clevlands...I'm still gonna pick it up either way, it's a price I can't say no to, and the rebuild will be fun anyways...But is there any way I can tell which one it is? and what are the main difference between the two (performance, construction etc.)
