That would make sense.
Using the calculator CID X RPM % 3456 I show that a 500CFM carb would be sufficient for my application. With a carb up over 700 cfm I would be afraid that I wouldn't be able to pull open the Vacuum secondaries. I'm leaning towards the 600 dp.
