Default GT 40 crate motor

I have a 1995 gt 40 crate motor with aluminum heads and Im trying to get an altenator bracket, it has a reverse rotation water pump so I need a idealer wheel Im sure. This is a crate motor I have no brackets just the motor, summit and Ford racing are selling me things that wont work HELP!
I have the ALT and Water pump only no power no air do I need to go to the junk yard?

Default Water Pump

Change Over To A Standard Rotation Pump .alot Less Brackets And Pulley To Install.

I have the same motor and just went to Jegs and bought a march adjustable alternater bracket. The part is on page 235 in the newest catalog. I did not have to use the belt tensioner. Also the bracket is polished aluminum for a nice look.

I have one of these GT40 crate motors for sale, new in the box, for $3,300., no tax. My GT40 project was cancelled due to company liquidation.

I should of stated above that I already had a chrome h2o pump{ reverse rotation} or I might have just went with a standard rotation.

Just found out that I need to change the water pump to make this work just a little more overtime to pay for it. You know since I got the Cobra Iv been working a lot of overtime.

Yes, the engine is a complete long block as stated in the FORD advertisements/web site. It has a front sump oil pan, B303 cam, 345 HP. I have a Edelbrock Pro-Flo EFI system available to go with it.

I would like to see a pick if you have one I would like to see this set up because I dont think it can be done not with a reverse rotation pump.

I will not be able to post a pic for a couple of weeks, the car is at the painters now. The belt really just runs off the passenger side of the water pump, it does not look like it would work but it does. I did not believe it my- self and even went out and bought a a/c eliminater bracket . There is a guy on the ffr forum that has run the same setup as I have{ that is where I got the idea from}. He said he has run a couple thousand miles trouble free. I will try to look up his post and then try to link it over to this site for you. He has a picture of his set up.

Go over to www.ffcobra.com and do a search under my name , jeff priest { under ff cobra grandstand}. Then look on page 5 under new motor ready to go in. there you will find a picture of this setup.
