Your build and parts list is pretty good overall. The carb is a little large, unless you have a large cam. It will work but will be "soft" until the RPM's get over 3000. A 351 can also use larger intake valves (2.020) if you have a choice. Otherwise you have what appears to be a good solid dependable combination.
