Default Does anyone know about Arao 4valve heads?

I have been looking at these heads for about 10 years, they were always expensive but now they are outragous. My question is, does anyone have or know anyone that has a set. They make them for Clevelands and Chevys and were suppose to be developing heads for the 460 Ford but that seems to have faded away. The Cleveland heads use standard intake and exhaust manifold locations. I read an article in Super Ford 10 years ago or more but have never heard anymore about them. They sound like they should have taken off but never did. Check out their website. You will have to scroll down and look for the Pantera picture to find the Cleveland heads.

I've never seen them installed on a customer car. From what I understand they don't gain enough in flow to justify the price. A good set of ported heads will produce the same power from what I heard.

I looked at them a few years back but was not able to find one successful install and their clames of 668HP on a 350CI motor on pump gas and a 226 duration cam seemed to be unbelievable. Proceed with caution!

When you have 4 valve heads, you no longer need a lot of lift & duration. It is a whole new world.

All I am saying I have never seen their claims validated. But I have heard of tremendious headaches getting the heads and even getting them installed.
