For those that think you have to have a big block to make big power

I was riding my jet ski this weekend and it occurred to me....

My lil' ol' Seadoo has 1.5L (about 91 cubes) and makes 250 horsepower.

Not bad....for an engine with less displacement than a 2liter of soda.

It's not an apples/oranges comparison......

The PWC engines are water cooled and intercooled (so they can run more compression and more boost) and it revs to 8200 rpms....but still.
