If it was it's a V6 Buick 231 with a turbo running pump gas and methonal . Had the motor in my daughters "driver/beater" Buick GN that weighs 3660#s. She ran 9.94 @138 in street trim

A lot of these new small motors out there today can crank out some power !!

I was thinking of using the motor in a Cobra BUT I don't think it would go over well
