oil change on ford mosport 351w

hi everyone and happy new yr to you all

my question is this, looking to get ready for an oil change and need some info on how much oil and what oil filter to use, i was thinking of the factory oil filter that is sold thru ford motorsport, as for oil how much to use i have a 351w stroker to 392 with 475hp link below to engine.

i guess im more worried about how much oil to put in it,

anyone here have the same engine and pan set up? how much oil do you use ? also what grade to use/ brand??
