I am sorry, I thought you were asking how hard it would be to hook up the new coyote motor to its wireharness. To retrofit an older one would be a headache and I doubt you would ever recover you cost. I am sure it is possilbe. I would suggest an injected throttle body as opposed to individual injectors on a retrofit. Do a search for 427 build up he details the entire build plus the injected throttle with dyno numbers.
