Here is the link to CSX1018...being delivered tomorrow to its new owner!

Is the car staying local?
If so, is he an owner locals might know?

GP1482 04-05-2011 10:07 AM

Yes, the car is a local car...the owner is in LA...and no, I cannot disclose his name.

CSX1017 that we just delivered last month is also a local...he is a bit north of LA...

We are trying to arrange a photo shoot with both of them...CSX1017 is Royal Blue/White Stripes...and CSX1018 is the exact opposite color combination...so...it would make a great picture!

Question: If there are only 12 of these CSX1000 series cars, why are they into #17 and #18? Are the chassis not in sequence? Are the post #12 cars not bodied by AC?
Larry

LMH,

You can still order CSX1000 series cars. Actually...number 21 and 22 are being completed in Vegas as we speak.

I didn't think any of them are "bodied by AC"

AC tin-benders are long gone from UK. Weren't they built by a third party body shop in UK?

Having been around these cars for many years now, you'd think I would know that by now.
