Clutch pivot ball

We are putting a new clutch in my car. How high should the pivot ball be set? We are putting in a Centerforce clutch assembly. Pivot ball is on passenger side. Any help is appreciated.

There's not a right or wrong answer here....

The jist of it is that you want to adjust it to the point where you get good fork geometry, it fully engages the clutch when the pedal is pressed, and it doesn't over-center the pressure plate (push it too far) when the pedal is pressed.

Here is what I found in my notes: Hope it helps:

With the transmission installed and bolted down flush to the engine, it is the time to check the position of the clutch fork. Take notice to where the clutch fork protrudes out through the opening in the bell housing. Push the clutch fork over towards the passenger side so that the throw-out bearing is just touching the spring plate fingers of clutch. The clutch fork should be either in the center of the square hole or preferably just towards the slave cylinder.
