Be careful about that Roush engine. I would verify that it isn't an oil eater before you think about buying the car. There have been a few threads on this forum about the propensity of Roush engines to consume more oil than other similarly constructed engines. Their warranty excludes oil consumption. Do a search and then judge for yourself.
