Warning whistle?

Hi, my spo gives a warning whistle. i can´t find why and can´t stop it.
oil and water is ok. what could it be, any idea?

Check your brake fluid level. The reservoir has a sensor that will sound an alarm if the fluid is a little low. Typically you will first start to hear it when you are starting out or stopping quickly.

If that's OK, check your mirror next time you hear it and look for flashing lights
