Default Panhard Bar
Does it make a difference which side of the frame it connects to? Diff to pass side or drivers side.....
Does it effect the steering on a track or the street?

A panhard bar keeps the dif. centered so car tracks straight.

If you are running on an oval track the side makes a difference, otherwise no.
The bar should be as long as possible and as level as possible to neutralize the arc.
