What I ordered was AN6-10A bolts. Five per hub on the front. They fit perfect!

Unless you're driving like Morris, aircraft spec bolts will probably do you just fine. And you'd probably have smoke coming out of your wheel well before you could heat damage the AN bolts anyway. Personally, I pull her over when I see smoke, steam, etc. coming off her....

Uhhhh, I dunno about that. I saw an interview a couple of weeks ago with the "wives of NASCAR drivers" and each one of them said that they did the family vacation driving themselves because their husbands could not pay attention to the road consistently when only driving 60mph.

Thanks for the nice words...I was obsessed in my younger days.....now I’m much more mellow and slower in my new life.....but I still build things to the best of my ability....and am trying to share as much knowledge as I can to help others.....

I was usually a backmarker, but I did finish second to your first in the 1981 June Sprints. I did several IMSA races with Jack Buchinger in 280Z's. You might remember him.

Having never met Morris personally, I somehow have a vision of him fitting in just fine with Donnie, Cale, and Richard at the 1979 Daytona 500.

I do remember Jack B. & Mike Guffey & Jack Pigg.....we all raced at Blackhawk, IRP and Road America......then had a great time....big smiles on our faces afterward.....
Thanks for reminding me.....it was a fun time to be racing....
