Default Anti-Seize

I've been searching the threads looking for information on a clear anti-seize.

I recollect someone recommended one that was clear (And not as messy) that could be used on the wheels and plugs.

Anyone remember that link?
Thanks, Ivan

This is what I use on my spinners
http://performanceunlimited.com/cobr...innereaze.html

But I use the black stuff on spark plugs.

Warren,
Thanks for the link...I ordered a bottle.

What is "The Black Stuff" you mentioned?

I pulled a couple of plugs, the other day, to take a reading and they were a little recalcitrant.
Time to put something on them.
Thanks, Ivan

I'm not sure if that Spinner Eaze is any good for high temp. When I buy plugs, I normally get one of the small squeeze tubes of anti-seize they sell that are for plugs with aluminum heads. You only need a little.

There are many anti-seize compounds. The high temp version for spark plugs has some copper in it. But absolutely no anti-seize on the porcelain ... that will result in misfiring!

Anti-sieze HAS TO be messy. One glob MUST cover your Cobra, your daily driver, your wifes car,the kids car,the motorcycle, the lawn mower, the dog,the cat and anything else that moves on the property.

The Spinner Eaze works well on plugs, but you only need a drop and then work it around the threads with a finger. Sometimes less is more.

Nickel based anti-seize. (nuclear plant grade) Use a nylon gun bore brush to apply some to the female threads. Very thin layer is all you need.

Like Bill said gets everywhere, so have some WD40 and rags handy.
