Greg,

Thanks!!!! I am already signed up and called the Hotel for reservations. The CBR code isn't registered yet so I went ahead and paid the advanced registration fee that was only 5 dollars more per evening. $134.10 plus tax. . But, Had to pay entire fee up front. I just want to be sure the TCC gets credit for this being a room ya'll sold! haha
BTW- Will Damon be here this year? Haven't heard much from him lately.

Thanks again for all ya'lls HARD WORK>

It would be nice if there was some way to go ahead and register (so that your room is secured) but be able to add guests by the deadline. I suppose the answer is to hold the room and wait til later to register.

The hotel code is not ready and it may be this weekend before it is up and running.

I’m huffing and puffing trying to finish my build. Started carpeting this weekend and plan on working on the car every day for a couple of hours. Hope I can finish and get it registered for the meet.

Default All signed up

Diane and I are all signed up. After missing last year we're anxious to be back with good friends. Janis at Operation Comfort called me on an unrelated matter and I reminded her of our event and asked that she put it on the OC calendar. The guys are very excited, they know it means "RIDES". The LSC kit that was donated is coming along nicely and they expect to set the body sometime in Feb. There will be a contingent of HCC members making the run to help out, we'll be sure to post the details just in case anyone else would like to join in.

Gregg> Great job buddy and thanks to all the Austin group for their tireless efforts to make the TCC Spring Meet the best.

Bill

I bet a few of us from Austin would love to lend a hand and turn a wrench or two.

Reserved the hotel room. I registered for the Spring Meet, but haven't paid yet. Can we pay the on-site fee amount when we get there, or does it need to be paid in advance since I already registered? If it needs to be paid now, does my wife's $40 banquet fee have to be paid now too? She is still undecided about going.

Joe,

We would like to get as many people signed up a head of time. We are into the hotel for banquet meals and some other items. If your wife is undecided I would go ahead and register and if she changes her mind we can refund at a later date. I hope this helps.

We're ready to go again this year! What a great event last year with great people and fantastic driving.

Radical Roadsters of Texas will be there again with Keith Craft Racing. We'll have some Backdrafts on display. And Keith plans on bringing some motors to display and he'll be there to answer some of your technical questions. We'll be set up in the Cobra parking area with tents and seats if any one needs them.

Look forward to seeing you all soon...

James

Default Spring meet t-shirts are ready

FYI,
Deb and Dave Grabowski have the shirts ready to order.
******************************************
The designs for the 2010 Spring Meet t-shirts are attached at the bottom of this email. I sent it over last week to have it added to the registration website; however, several of you have already registered and I did not want to overlook you, if you wish to order!
INSTRUCTIONS:
If you wish to pre-order, please feel free to contact me via my email address or phone numbers listed below.

*Please note: I will only have a few 'extra' short sleeve shirts with me. However, if you wish to secure the correct size(s), or a long sleeve version, I recommend you pre-order.

I am also taking pre-orders for some new items: the NEW 2010 Spring Meet 3" embroidered patches, TCC or HCC 3 foot or 4 foot trailer decals, and Mechanic's style shirts and jackets. I can also pre-order any other wearables that you may wish to order prior to March.

Let me know if you have any questions or requests!

See you all in March!

Hey gang I know most of you are getting ready for the spring meet, so I thought I would give you a little up date.
Right now we are at 75 car registered for the event. That is still 30 cars short of our record. SO if you know of anybody that is planning on attending the event make sure they have registered. Along this same line we have people registered and have not paid. I hate to beg but this important. Many of us have money invested in the event and the registration fees help us recover those costs. What we have left after all the bills have been paid goes straight to Operation Comfort.
With that said we are three weeks away.
